eye—mythological symbol, spiritual portal, and instrument of vision—guides our inquiry. Alongside narrated texts, curated images, and in-class writing, drawing, and looking exercises, participants will create a small framed eye at home: a talisman and physical record of the workshop’s journey. Each session will conclude with a craft discussion and time to share work in progress. You’ll leave with fresh creative material, an expanded practice of looking, and a handmade object that looks back at you.
