The Student Government Assembly (SGA) is the overarching student government at NYU. We work with other students, organizations, faculty, and administrators at University to create the best student experience. We have a large team of Student Senators, Council Presidents, Committee Chairs and student leaders who help us

advocate on behalf of students, create and further student-focused agendas, and lead new initiatives at the university. All Student Government meetings are held in-person and virtually for the Fall and Spring semesters. Meeting dates and times are available on the About Us page or the SGA Google Calendar.
