above the law. Vladimir Dzuro will introduce his new book, recently published in the Czech Republic, "Vyšetřovatel – zločiny privilegovaných" (The Investigator – Crimes of the Privileged), and take us behind the scenes of global diplomacy at the highest levels. Dzuro’s previous book, "The Investigator: Demons of the Balkan War," is a firsthand report on the operations that led to the arrest of the first war criminal in the former Yugoslavia, as well as his investigations into numerous war crimes committed in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Part investigative memoir and part real-life thriller, it offers a rare inside perspective on the pursuit of justice in the Yugoslav wars.
