Bug adores showering her pals with hugs and gifts, making them feel loved right down to their tiny buggy toeses. But one day, when she's stuck at home, Love Bug worries: will her friends be there for her, too...? Lucy Ruth Cummins is an award-winning author, illustrator, and art director. She made her critically acclaimed debut with A Hungry Lion, or a Dwindling Assortment of Animals, and is the author-illustrator of Stumpkin, Vampenguin, Our Pool, and Dalmartian. She has also illustrated several books written by other authors, including Truman and Little Freddie Two-Pants, and is the author of the Sleepy Sheepy books illustrated by Pete Oswald. Lucy lives with her family in Brooklyn, New York. Event guidelines: RSVP is highly encouraged but not required. Additional copies of the event book will be available for purchase in-store.
