wish to attend. Audience: All St. John’s University Employees Description: When everything feels urgent, determining what truly deserves your attention can be challenging. This interactive workshop helps participants identify the sources of workplace overwhelm, evaluate competing demands, and make more intentional decisions about priorities and capacity. Through practical reflection, group discussion, and a realistic workplace simulation, participants will practice clarifying expectations, communicating capacity, and making responsible tradeoffs. Participants will leave with strategies to stop, simplify, delegate, and protect their time—allowing them to focus their energy on the work that matters most.
